MC Oluomo has been suspended indefinitely from his chairman post of Lagos state’s NURTW.
The Nigerian treasurer’s suspension was confirmed on March 9 as the letter was signed by NURTW’s General Secretary Kabira Yau.
The National Union of Road Transport Workers has directed her to release his position along with the property he had possessed which belonged to the Union.
He was effectively suspended indefinitely from March 9, 2022.
MC Oluomo’s suspension came after his response to the actions he did come out as unsatisfactory. Furthermore, he had refused to respond to the second query.

MC Oluomo aka Musiliu Akinsanya was suspended indefinitely for the alleged misconduct, insubordination, and inciting members of the state chapter against its national body.
His suspension letters revealed that he had acted insubordinately and unleashed mayhem on Lagos’s Union branches which refused to obey his orders.
His plan to attack the branches would endanger the peace and harmony in Lagos and affect the lives of citizens who were doing business in motor parks. MC Oluomo was issued queries for his action twice but responded only on equery with an unsatisfactory answer.
Following his suspension, he has announced the withdrawal of members of the state’s council including himself, from the national body on Thursday.
