Amazon don’t have the White model of the Nintendo Switch OLED – but you’ll find the Neon Blue/Neon Red is still in stock
  • Nintendo Switch OLED (Neon Blue/Neon Red), £388.95, Amazon – buy here

SINCE its launch last week, the internet has gone absolutely crazy for the new OLED version of the Switch, and most retailers have it listed as unavailable on their websites.

The latest generation version of the Nintendo Switch has an RRP of £309.99, but
Amazon is selling the Neon Blue/Neon Red model for £388.95.

That’s quite the hike up from the RRP of £309.99 – but hey, that’s why it’s called ‘recommended retail price’.

We know plenty of gamers out there will happily part with more cash for this stellar piece of tech, and clearly Amazon do too.

We did see the White model go for as much as £399.99, but since it’s been back in stock, Amazon has been selling it for £309.99.

Given how unstable the stock situation is, it’s hard for us to recommend whether you hang on to see if either version of the OLED Switch fall to that original RRP – whatever you do, it’ll be a gamble.

Availability is very unpredictable right now, but you can head to our Nintendo Switch OLED stock page to see if other retailers have it on sale.

Our Gaming Editor, Shabana Arif, absolutely loved Nintendo’s newest piece of tech.

In her Nintendo Switch OLED review, she heaped praise on the new slick design – in particular, the gorgeous new display and the sleek new build.

Of course, stock issues have been plaguing the gaming world in recent times, with the PS5 and Xbox Series X still incredibly hard to find online.

Supply chain problems and a shortage of semi-conductors have left gamers increasingly frustrated at the scarcity of these devices – especially as Black Friday is now just around the corner.

We’re keeping tracking of availability on both consoles – head to our Xbox Series X stock and PS5 stock pages to see if and where you can buy them.
