NANDO’S is dishing out “free” chicken to celebrate the World Cup – but there’s a catch and the offer won’t be available for long.
The restaurant chain is known for its peri-peri style chicken and has over 450 restaurants operating within the UK.
To celebrate the launch of the World Cup, the restaurant is giving away hundreds of gift cards worth £30 each.
The chicken chain has partnered up with England footballers Mason Mount, Bukayo Saka and Trent Alexander-Arnold for the competition.
To be in the chance of winning, you’ll need to order one of their set meals, which are:
- Mount’s Munch – Sunset Burger Medium, PERi-Salted Chips and Corn on the Cob. £15.95 (usually £13.95 online)
- Trent’s Takeaway – Butterfly Chicken PERi-Tamer, PERi-Salted Chips and Garlic Bread. £15.95 (usually £13.75 online)
- Saka’s Special – 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs PERi-Tamer, PERi-Salted Chips and Garlic Bread. £15.95 (usually £13.75 online)
While the meals on offer are slightly more than usual, bear in mind that prices vary depending on location.
To potentially win a gift card, you need to place the order via the restaurant’s website for delivery or click & collect.
You also need to share the post on Instagram, and tag your favourite player out of the three and tag @nandosuk.
The gift card is worth roughly two Nando’s meals, including two sides each.

The competition only applies to those ordering at lunchtime.
It’s important to note that you’re not guaranteed to win as the players will select winners at random once the competition has closed.
The competition will go live on Nando’s social channels from today (November 15) but hurry – it will only be open until November 18.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram so make sure you’re keeping an eye out towards the end of this week.
