A HOMEOWNER has revealed the hell her neighbours have put her through ever since she began a monster renovation project.
Layla King has shared her saga in a long-running series of videos which has seen her entirely demolish and rebuild a house and garden.
In one video, she gives viewers a tour of her brand new posh pool house which doubles as a gym.
With thumping music in the background, she shows off the project which boasts an outdoor and indoor shower and toilet and caters to a massive pool stretching for most of her paved backyard.
But she says the project – which took a year to throw up – has been less than straightforward and ruffled feathers every step of the way.
Taking to social media site TikTok as she walked around the plush outhouse, she explained: “Neighbours over there didn’t like it one bit.
“Called the council about twenty times, tried to have my outhouse knocked down.”
Their actions got Layla and her family into “quite a bit of stress” she explains, but she ploughed on knowing it all had planning.
She added: “Obviously the council laughed at her and said no chance we are knocking it down, all above board.”
But that didn’t deter the spurned neighbour who Layla goes on to claim called the cops “four times” on her eight-month old Rottweiler for being “vicious” despite her insisting it is harmless.

“Think she is jealous”, Layla slams.
She does not reveal the cost of the posh pool house in the videos.
Later videos show her celebrating the end of the project with a barbeque and she reveals how her saga triggered a huge amount of interest from Brits online.
But it seems not all of it was good attention and many were quick to offer their honest opinion on the homeowner and her renovations.
And it seemed many sided with the fuming neighbour noting the “antisocial” work and music blaring from Layla’s home.
One TikTok user held no punches as they slammed: “Building work for a year though, that would drive anyone nuts. very antisocial.”
Another user suggested how they “don’t think it’s jealousy” from the neighbour and that complaints from next door could be rooted elsewhere.
A third made a similar reference to noise, noting: “I saw your last video, please the music honestly, you have to think about their right to peace.
“Lovely house btw.”
And a fourth said: “What with every one telling you to turn your music down?”
Addressing the backlash, Layla said: “There are two sides to every story.
“But some people are just not ok and just not nice and unfortunately that it what I have come up against.”
