Police linking death of woman, found in car after collision on A340, to nearby death of man, 18, found on railway track

Police have launched a murder investigation into the death of a 56-year-old woman who was found in her car with a fatal stab wound in the village of Pangbourne in Berkshire.

Officers were called at about 5.45pm on Thursday to a reported road traffic collision involving a Lexus vehicle on the A340 road. The woman received medical attention but died at the scene.
