Users raise question on social media

Taking to social media, a number of customers have reported issues to Microsoft Teams’ official X account.

One customer wrote: “@MicrosoftTeams seems to be an issue with Teams this morning (I’m in London, UK). Anything reported?”

A second asked: “@MicrosoftTeams unable to access teams. Is there an issue?”

Microsoft apologised to customers, however they are yet to publicly comment on the ongoing issue.

How to check Microsoft Team’s status?

X, formerly Twitter, is usually a good place to start if you’re unsure whether a problem is limited to you or widespread.

Microsoft usually publishes updates on its status page, @MSFT365Status.

But so far nothing has been officially reported.

Why is Teams not working?

Users are apparently having trouble accessing the popular messaging service used by companies across the globe.

According to Down Detector reports, it looks like an issue with the server connection is the culprit.

Some users took to social media to find out what’s happening.

“Is #MicrosoftTeams down, or is it just me?,” one wrote.
