They were last on shelves as a limited edition back in 2005.

The biscuit has the classic digestive base and is covered with a layer of white chocolate.

It’ll cost shoppers £1.89 for a pack of 15 biscuits.

It is available in Sainsbury’s already but will soon be sold in other supermarkets such as Co-op, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons.

If you’re a white chocolate fan then luckily the new biscuit is a new permanent addition to the digestive selection.

Aslı Özen Turhan, chief marketing officer at pladis UK&I said: “Our customers have been asking for white chocolate digestives for a while and we’re excited to finally bring them to the shelves.

“Knowing how much people love white chocolate and having new sweet treats to try, we couldn’t wait to make this highly anticipated addition to the digestives family.”

It comes not long after shoppers spotted another McVities favorite back on shelves.
