The fast food chain is bringing back some popular items, as well as adding a new one and fans will be thrilled.

Each of the items will be available in all McDonald’s restaurants across the UK from August 2.

Making its debut on the menu is the new McCrispy Deluxe.

Plus, the BBQ Quarter Pounder Cheese and the BBQ Double Quarter Pounder Cheese are making a comeback.

Also among those set to return are the Cheesy Garlic Bites, Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry and the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry.

Fans will have to be quick as both the new and returning items are only around for six weeks.

The all-new McCrispy Deluxe burger is a fresh twist on the popular favourite.

It is comprised of a 100% chicken breast fillet in a crunchy coating with hot and spicy mayo, and topped with cheese and bacon.

The burger will cost £6.09 on its own and £7.79 with a side and a drink.

Maccies fans in Manchester will be able to get a McCrispy Deluxe exclusive tasting on August 1 at the chain’s screening of England v China in the Women’s World Cup 2023 at Spinningfields.

From 12pm kick off, the burger will be served to Mancunian spectators on a first come first served basis.

Meanwhile, those partial to a Quarter Pounder will be able to try a different variation on the classic burger.

The BBQ Quarter Pounder Cheese is just like the usual but topped with Maccies’ iconic smoky BBQ sauce.

Plus, you can even take it up a notch and double up with the BBQ Double Quarter Pounder Cheese, with two 100% beef patties instead of one.

Customers will be able to grab the single patty burger for £4.29 and £5.99 as a meal, while the double costs £5.49 on its own and £7.19 as a meal.

This is the second time that the BBQ variation on the classic Maccies burger will be available in the UK, and they’re slightly more expensive too.

In 2021, the burgers were priced at £5.09 for the single patty as a meal with fries and a drink, and £6.09 for the double as a meal.

Making a comeback to UK and Ireland menus are the Cheesy Garlic Bites.

Each portion includes five bites made with a blend of mozzarella and Emmental cheese, coated in garlic and herbs – costing £2.29.

Or if you’re dining with friends you can pick up a sharebox of the bites for £6.49.

Cheese lovers can opt for a rich tomato sauce to complement the bites too.

These cheesy treats have been on the menu several times before, with the most recent being in January this year.

The cost of a sharebox has increased by 20p since the last time the bites were on the menu when they were £6.29.

Those with a sweet tooth can rejoice as two Galaxy McFlurrys are also hitting menus.

The Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry is a combination of soft dairy ice cream swirled with Galaxy chocolate pieces and topped with a salted caramel sauce.

While the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry is mixed with Galaxy chocolate sauce, and topped with Galaxy chocolate pieces.

Both of the desserts cost £1.99 for a normal size and £1.49 for a mini.

The chocolate McFlurry is currently on menus at the moment for the same price.

But it looks like the salted caramel variation hasn’t hit menus since 2019 when it cost just £1.39 for a regular and 99p for a mini.

Here is the full list of items being added to menus next week and their prices:

  • McCrispy Deluxe – £6.09 on its own, £7.79 as a meal
  • BBQ Quarter Pounder Cheese – £4.29 on its own, £5.99 as a meal
  • BBQ Double Quarter Pounder Cheese – £5.49 on its own, £7.19 as a meal
  • Cheesy Garlic Bites – £2.29
  • Cheesy Garlic Bites Sharebox – £6.49
  • Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry – £1.99, £1.49 for a mini
  • Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry – £1.99, £1.49 for a mini

The Sun has contacted McDonald’s to ask how many calories the new items will have and will update this story when we hear back.

To make way for the new additions, three items are also being removed from the menu from next week.

The items were only ever meant to stick around for a limited period as part of the regular McDonald’s menu shakeup.

Here are the menu items being removed:

  • Biscoff McFlurry
  • Double Big Mac
  • Spicy Sriracha wrap

Plus, later this summer the following will be axed too on September 5.

  • Caesar and Bacon wrap
  • Mozzarella Bites
  • Double Chocolate pie

How do I find my nearest McDonald’s?

If you’re planning on taking a trip to McDonald’s, you’ll want to know where your nearest branch is.

The chain has a restaurant locator tool on its website you can use to find your nearest one – and check what time it opens.

Bear in mind that McDonald’s serves breakfast every day until 11am.

After that, the menu switches to the normal menu serving meals such as burgers, chicken nuggets and more.

How can I save on my McDonald’s order?

There are plenty of ways you can save on your next trip to McDonald’s.

You should choose your branch wisely – menu prices can vary across different restaurants just a couple of miles apart.

We’ve seen Big Mac meals up to 30p cheaper before, which added up over the course of a year could save you a fair few pounds.

You can also get freebies on your birthday if you’ve got the My McDonald’s app.

Remember to log your date of birth on the app though, otherwise you’ll miss out.

You can get a Big Mac and fries for just £1.99 as well if you fill out the quick feedback survey following your last visit.

All you’ll need is your receipt which should have been issued no more than 60 days after your visit.

A 12-digit code will be printed on the proof of purchase and then you can enter the McDonald’s Food for Thought website to fill out a quick survey.

Plus, it also recently launched its Saver Meal Deal, available every day from 11am, nationwide.
