Fans of fries have the chance to tuck into a feast this week for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is fast approaching, and to celebrate the occasion McDonald’s is gearing up to give its customers a fiver off of if you spend £15.

You can only redeem this offer on the day, and any orders below £15 won’t qualify for the deal.

But those who were planning to bond over a burger can rejoice – as this deal means some fans will get a third off their order.

The chain launched a similar deal earlier this year for Blue Monday – and now fans have another chance to tuck in.

It’s not the first time the fast food giant has made a fuss over mums.

In 2018, McDonald’s did a Mother’s Day three-course meal for £10, but only in one branch.

But this year’s offer will be available across all stores – although customers have to claim it a certain way.

How to claim the deal

Fans can only redeem this offer by ordering their meal through the MyMcDonald’s app and collecting it in store.

This means drive-through customer’s won’t be able to redeem the deal, nor will customers who order for delivery.

You can find your nearest instore branch using McDonald’s restaurant locator.

The app is free to download from the Google Play or Apple app store for both IOS and Android users.

New customers will have to register for a free account in order to add the goodies to their basket.

The offer doesn’t limit what you can order – meaning customers can load up on all their menu faves as long as they spend the required amount.

The deal will only be available for one day – so you’ll have to act fast if you want the ultimate Maccies spread.

But note, the deal will only be worth it if you were planning to spend roughly that amount on a meal regardless, otherwise you could go over budget just to redeem the offer.

Earlier this year, McDonald’s launched a loyalty scheme which allows customers to swap points for free food.
