ONE MILLION pounds is waiting for one lucky winner but they need to claim it within the next five months or the money will be gone.
One lucky ticket holder in Lancashire has won a million pounds in the EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draw earlier this year but they’re yet to claim their prize.

The National Lottery is on the hunt for the winner and has narrowed it down to a lucky someone in the Borough of Chorley it was drawn on 24 October.
Players in Chorley have been asked to check and then double-check their unique EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker code for the chance to become an instant millionaire.
The winning code for the Million-pound ticket is XZVK 79799, the lucky ticket holder has until 21 April 2024 to claim it, which gives the people of Chorley just over five months to check every pocket imaginable.
If no one comes forward with the winning ticket by the deadline, the prize money will go towards the National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.

“In the pockets of clothes you might have been wearing at the time, bags, in the car, wallets and purses and in that sideboard or drawer where we all tend to put bits and pieces – and check your tickets.
“Do you live or work in this area, do you have family and friends there who you were visiting or were you just passing through?
“We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket holder and pay out their life-changing prize – imagine the possibilities for them!

If you believe you’ve won the draw but for whatever reason are no longer in possession of the million-pound ticket you can still claim by writing to Camelot, but it must be within 30 days of the draw.
