The bargain comes inside Marks and Spencer’s £45 beauty advent calendar, which boasts 25 items – one for everyday in December.

But customers will need to spend £35 on clothing, beauty or homeware products in-store to unlock the deal.

This means you’re actually spending £80 to get the deal.

But you will still save a whopping £268 on a range of high end cosmetics – including perfume and makeup – compared to buying everything individually.

The advent calendar features big name brands, like Origins, Benefit, Clinque and REN.

Some frugal shoppers buy the advent calendar then break it up to give away as gifts at Christmas in a bid to save money.

But remember, it’s only worth buying if you’re likely to use the products.

We’ve listed the full list of products as well as the prices individually found by MSE below:

The calendar is on sale now both online and in stores, and it’s best to be quick as they usually sell out pretty quickly.

Last year, shoppers had to spend £25 at M&S to get their hands on the advent calendar – £10 less than this year.

But the contents of this year’s calendar is worth around £100 more than last year.

Other retailers are also preparing to launch their beauty advent calendar’s this year.

John Lewis has unveiled its beauty advent calendar for this year.

It retails at £195 but it contains almost £1,000 worth of beauty products inside.

It contains 31 beauty products, 16 of which are full size, while the others are travel or deluxe.

Plus, Lookfantastic’s 2023 advent calendar is back, priced at £99 and worth a huge £565.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

Prices can also vary day to day what deals are on at the time and remember you might pay for delivery you’re ordering online.
