AMAZON is offering customers upto £20 credit if you swap your payment method away from a Visa credit card, according to Money Saving Expert.
The website, which was founded by consumer champion Martin Lewis, wrote about the trick yesterday in a blog.

Yesterday, Amazon announced it is planning to stop accepting Visa credit cards in January 18 2022.
It means that you will have to switch your payment card – or you won’t be able to use Amazon.
But there is a deal, spotted by MoneySavingExpert, being offered to Amazon customers via email which means you could get up to £20.
Amazon Prime customers get £20 and non-Prime customers get £10.
You need to have received the email from Amazon to get the deal but it’s understood that it has been sent out to all customers using Visa credit cards.
A spokesman for Amazon told us the promotion is available to all UK customers who only have a Visa credit card on their account or have one as their default payment method.
There are a few terms and conditions to look out for.
The terms state: “This promotional offer is valid for a limited time only or while supplies last. Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.”
That means the offer could be stopped at any time.
Amazon didn’t give any indication when the scheme will end.
Free credit can only be used for Amazon purchases, not including subscriptions.
Digital content on Alexa, Fire or Kindle products is not eligible under the offer, nor can users exchange the credit for cash.
But the entire £10 or £20 does not need to be spent on a single item or purchase, so users can save the credit – as long as they keep the expiry date in mind.
An Amazon spokesperson said yesterday: “The cost of accepting card payments continues to be an obstacle for businesses striving to provide the best prices for customers.
“These costs should be going down over time with technological advancements, but instead they continue to stay high or even rise.”
A Visa spokesperson added: “We are very disappointed that Amazon is threatening to restrict consumer choice in the future…
“We have a long-standing relationship with Amazon, and we continue to work toward a resolution, so our cardholders can use their preferred Visa credit cards at Amazon UK without Amazon-imposed restrictions come January 2022.”
