A LUCKY single-ticket holder has scooped a whopping £5.2million in tonight’s midweek National Lottery draw.
Brits are being urged to immediately check their tickets.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “What amazing news, one lucky ticket-holder has won tonight’s massive £5.2 million Lotto jackpot.
“It’s been an exciting month so far for Lotto players after another lucky ticket-holder won the incredible £7.4 million jackpot in the draw on September 16.
“Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim tonight’s exciting jackpot prize.”
He said the estimated jackpot for Saturday’s draw is now £3.8 million.

The winning Lotto numbers were 08, 10, 11, 20, 31 and 44 and the bonus number was 28.
Three players matched five of the six numbers and the bonus number to win £1 million each, while 136 ticket-holders matched five of the six numbers without the bonus ball to land £1,750 each.
No player won the £350,000 top prize in the Lotto HotPicks game, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw.
But 15 ticket-holders each won £13,000 for matching four of the five.

The winning Thunderball numbers were: 04, 06, 12, 13 and 36 and the Thunderball number was 07.
No one scooped the £500,000 top prize for matching all five and the Thunderball, nor £5,000 for matching all five.
It comes Brits were today told to immediately check their tickets as a clueless lottery winner is at risk of losing an eye-watering £1million EuroMillions jackpot.
The life-changing prize has been sitting untouched for weeks and lottery bosses are urgently calling players in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire to find the ticket.
Andy Carter said: “We are desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.
“This amazing prize could really make an enormous difference to somebody’s life!
“We’re urging anyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old Lotto tickets again – the easiest way to do this is via the National Lottery app – and by looking anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.”
