Device could have caused ‘significant injury or death’, counter-terrorism police say
The bomb made by Emad al-Swealmeen that exploded in Liverpool was made using homemade explosive with ball bearings attached and could have caused “significant injury or death” if it had detonated in different circumstances, counter-terrorism police in the north-west have said.
