LIDL shoppers are rushing to buy a ceramic egg BBQ dupe that’s 84% cheaper than the real thing.
The discount supermarket is selling Grillmeister Mini Ceramic BBQs for £119.99.

These are £675 cheaper than the Big Green Egg alternatives which cost £795 for the entry-level BBQ.
Posting on the BBQ Life Ireland Facebook group one shopper said: “I got one on Wednesday night, and she is a grand job, at the price point its absolute class.
“Not everyone can drop serious money on a ceramic BBQ, I totally recommend this lad for the reasons stated above.”
Another said: “They are fabulous! For a quick one or two person cook – the egg is the bomb.
“It gets up to temp really quickly and is a miser on fuel. Buy one, it’s a no-brainer.”
“I got one a few weeks ago it’s brilliant,” said a third shopper.
The BBQ is proving extremely popular and shoppers will need to get to stores while stocks last.
