LIDL shoppers have spotted an air fryer on the shelves that’s a whopping £110 cheaper than its Ninja alternative.

It’s the Salter 7.4L dual air fryer and it costs £109 from Lidl.

The bargain is a massive £110 cheaper than the closest Ninja alternative, which would be the 7.6L Foodi Dual Zone fryer.

This one sets shoppers back £220 – plus you’ll need to factor in added delivery costs if you order from its website.

Bear in mind it is a tad bigger than the Lidl fryer, though.

Spotted by eagle-eyed fans in stores, one customer posted the supermarket £109 fryer to Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

Many were impressed, with one writing: “One of these would be luxury right now.”

Another chimed in: “Not bad for a dual one”

And one more said: “The 7.4 one is amazing”

It comes with two 3.7L non-stick cooking baskets, a digital LED display with six cooking functions and a 60-minute timer among other smart features.

We recommend calling up your store in advance if you’re planning to buy – it might be flying off shelves.

You can find your nearest Lidl by searching using the website’s locator tool.

And definitely don’t purchase for the sake of its price tag – only get it if you’ve been after something similar.

Lidl shoppers also noticed a smaller version of the fryer for £50 on the shelf – the Salter 3.2L.

This one has an adjustable temperature control reaching up to 200°C, a 30-minute timer and a removable cooking tray.

In comparison, we found a 3.8L Ninja version for £129 – so still £80 more expensive.

But again, it’s not an exact size match.

And remember to shop around for other items elsewhere – you never know what deals you’re missing.

You can use tools like Google Shopping or PriceRunner to help you compare costs.

For example, Asda fans recently uncovered a fryer that costs £70 instead of £100.

It’s an 11L Scoville digital air fryer – but be quick if you want one.

Remember you’ll need to pay more for delivery if there isn’t an Asda store in your area.

And Aldi has also brought back its Ninja dupe – the Ambiano Air Fryer is £100 cheaper than Ninja costing just £50.

But it’s not available online, so you’ll need to hurry to your local branch to see if it’s still available.

Elsewhere, we saw a digital 6L fryer from Dunelm for just £65.

Shoppers are in love with it, with one saying it’s “Absolutely brilliant fantastic and really good price.”
