He then pushed the boy against his car, displayed a canister of pepper spray, and threatened him to let his dog attack him. He was arrested on Friday at 1 am from his home.
The man is charged with second-degree menacing and child endangerment. He was scheduled for arraignment on Friday in First District Court in Central Islip.
His house is located at 14th Avenue, second street. While he was threatening the boy the passerby tried to intervene but, John threatened them as well.
