US president promises to add more sanctions against Russia after reports of killing of civilians near Kyiv
Joe Biden has called for Vladimir Putin to be tried for war crimes and said he would seek more sanctions after reported atrocities in Ukraine.
“You saw what happened in Bucha,” Biden said.
