Others were able to open the ChatGPT app – created by machine learning company Open AI – but say the platform has limited them to just a few messages at a time.

It comes days after ChatGPT users reported problems with the platform.

On July 13, over 1,800 users in the US claimed the high-tech AI bot was “broken”.
