But a new leak suggests that the tech giant could be venturing into the world of kitchen appliances with its next gadget.
Images have emerged on Twitter showing what appears to be an Xbox Series S toaster.
The toaster features two slots for toast and an ‘anti-jam function’ and is said to cost £53 ($64/€60).
While it might seem unlikely, Microsoft has previously surprised fans with an Xbox Series X mini fridge, in response to claims that its flagship console resembled a fridge.

Images of the toaster were posted to Twitter by user @GyoJvfr this week.
‘Fan of Xbox?’ he wrote.
‘Take out your check book, it seems that the success of the Xbox Series X fridge has given you some ideas.
‘Pre-order at €60.’
Alongside images of the alleged toaster are a list of specifications and dimensions.
They suggest that the toaster will measure 15in x 5.75in x 7.5in and feature two 1.5in (40mm) side slots that are suitable for two 4.7in x 4.7in (120mm x 120mm) pieces of bread.
Other key features include six browning settings, anti-slip feet, a removeable crumb tray and even an anti-jam function.
While Microsoft is yet to comment on the leaked images and confirm or deny the toaster, fans have flocked to Twitter to discuss it.
One joked: ‘They make more kitchen appliances than they do games.’
Another added: ‘It’ll be more powerful than the real thing.’
And one wrote: ‘They gotta be pranking us now.’
If the toaster is legitimate, it wouldn’t be the tech giant’s first kitchen appliance.
