Is McDonald’s open on Christmas Eve?

Earlier this month, it announced plans to close branches early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, as well as opening later on Boxing Day.

This is to help give staff some time off, Paul Pomroy, CEO, of McDonald’s said: “Given the extraordinary year we’ve all had, we will balance being there for you when you need us with giving our people some additional time off with their loved ones.”

That means branches are expected to close earlier than usual, with times varying across the country.
