DUNELM shoppers will have to put any plans to spend in store on hold during England’s third national lockdown.

All non-essential retailers have been ordered to temporarily close once again on, this time until at least the middle of February.

Along with pubs, restaurants, clothes shops and furniture stores, homeware stores have been ordered to close.

The fresh wave of restrictions have been introduced in a bid to crack down on the rapid spread of a new variant of Covid -19.

Here’s what the latest coroanvirus restrictions mean for Dunelm shoppers.

Is Dunelm open during lockdown?

Unfortunately,  all Dunelm stores across England, Scotland and Wales are now closed.

But the good news is that you can still shop online for your haul.

Home deliveries in England, Wales and Scotland are unaffected by the latest announcements, so you can still order online.

But in Northern Ireland, Dunelm’s home delivery service is temporarily paused until January 11.

This is so the shop can make some changes to ensure deliveries are compliant with new requirements.

This date might be brought forward, so make sure you check Dunelm’s site for the latest details.

You can get free delivery if you spend £49 or more on your order – but this excludes furniture or large items, which will cost you £9.95.

To get orders under £49 sent to your home, you’ll have to pay £3.95 for a standard delivery.

An express delivery will cost you £5.95.

The shop’s click and collect service is also available at stores across England, Scotland and Wales.

This means you can order online and pick your items up in three hours from the store.

You can also request for your items to be delivered to your car when picking them up from the store.

But service isn’t available at Dunelm’s Crawley, Horsham, Jersey, Rugby and Solihull stores.

For shoppers in Northern Ireland, you won’t be able to use the click and collect service.

This is in order to keep in line with government guidance.

When is Dunelm open during lockdown?

Opening times for Dunelm stores vary depending on what day you visit the store.

Stores usually open from 9am and close as late as 8pm.

And on Sunday, shops usually from around 10am onwards and can close as late as 5pm.

It’s best to check exactly when your store will open and close using Dunelm’s store checker.

And remember that shops are open for click and collect only.
