SOME of the internet’s most popular services have gone down in a big outage.
Cloudflare – the backbone of many sites – is the source of the issue, having suffered a “critical” incident.
VPN provider NordVPN and messaging social platform Discord are among the big names to be hit by problems.
Cloudflare is currently implementing a fix.
At around 7am UK time, the firm said: “The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.”
20 minutes later, it updated to say the fix has been implemented and “we are monitoring the results”.

Users flocked to Twitter to find out what’s happening.
NordVPN, which has millions of customers, responded to people saying: “Seems that there are issues with Cloudflare services that affects a wide range of services including ours.

What caused Cloudflare outage?
