A HALF finished £275,000 newbuild home has walls which do not touch, footage shows.
The Bellway property also has missing screws on a gate, a smashed hand basin and a loose light switch.

And a poorly-installed gas box is among the many snags at the new home site near Edinburgh.
Snagging firm New Home Quality Control called the issues “shocking”. It also found cracked window frames and window sills as well as water pooling in the gutters.
It posted two TikTok videos, above, outlining the issues found on its inspections this month. The videographer said: “I’ve met the site manager and I’ve got to be honest, he’s not my greatest fan.
“But he did assure me that everything’s built to tolerance.
“So this bedroom window frame is cracked – is that to tolerance? The downstairs windowsill is damaged – is that to tolerance?
“We’ve also got water pooling in the guttering to the front of the property – is that to tolerance?”
And he added in his second video: “This gas box has been installed poorly. We can’t really access the meter and when you open the lid it damages the rough cast, shocking.
“We should really have a 75mm gap between the air bricks and the ground level, but look at this, it’s a recurring issue.

“We’ve got a poor finish left inside of the patio doors, we’ve got screws missing to the bottom gate hinge, we’ve actually got a broken screw there.
“Right hand side of the ensuite hand basin is smashed up, nice, this light switch is loose, lovely.
“I’d really like to know if anyone from Bellway is watching, is this the correct finish for under the stairs, because surely you’d finish it with plaster board, no?
“We’ve got CLS on show that’s just been painted, we can see all the underside of the stairs all the components are showing, I mean really is this the finish for under the stairs?
“I mean the clients paid just under £275,000 for it, I mean we can see the joists, what’s going on here. We’ve also got fixings missing underneath the stairs, absolutely shocking.”
