In The Style boss Adam Frisby has been cleared of stealing his business plan from a rival, ending a £125million legal battle.
The 35-year-old multi-millionaire was accused of stealing the name and idea for the online fashion firm from Paul Clements, who he met three months after setting up In The Style up.
Clements claimed the idea – using reality TV stars on social media to sell cheap fast fashion to young women – was his.

The business uses celebrities including Lauren Pope, Stacey Solomon and Charlotte Crosby to design and market its lines and until recently enjoyed huge success.
Clements claimed Frisby owed him £125million, the amount raised when the firm floated in March 2021.
But a judge in Manchester ruled Clements was pushing a ‘false narrative’, dismissing his claim and vindicating Frisby.
Frisby, who dropped out of school with no GCSEs aged 15 and worked at Burger King, said the case was ‘the most difficult and unimaginable few months of my life’.
