A TIKTOKER has shared some clever tips for sweltering Brits desperate to cool off during the latest heatwave.

Expert Nasneuro revealed the simple science behind our bodies and how they handle high temperatures.

It comes as an urgent heat health warning is issued to the most vulnerable, with the Met Office predicting highs of 35C.

Official forecasts from the Met state that high temperatures are expected to last until Sunday and in many areas – wont drop below the low 20s.

While everyone is rushing to get their fan out, there are also some bio hacks you can try.

And it all lies in your face, your palms and the bottom of your feet.

“It’s hot outside, so let me show you how science can help you cool down,” the TikToker said.

“The human body has three main compartments for regulating temperature.

“These regions are special because they have a very specific structure of veins and arteries so that when you cool those regions you can dump a lot of heat out of your body very quickly.”

To help you cool down fast, you can start by simply applying cold water to the palm of your hands.
