A PHONE expert has revealed three genius steps you must take before your iPhone gets stolen.
The nifty trick could help you out – here’s how it works.
Step 1
First, turn your phone onto Airplane mode.
You will need to disconnect from the internet.
Step 2
Go to Settings > Face ID > Passcode > Allow access when locked.
Then, turn off the Control Centre and USB access.
Make sure your privacy location services are switched on.
Step 3
After that, go to Apple ID > Find My and turn on both Find My iPhone and Find my Network.
Click on Send Last Location.
Now your iPhone should remain findable – even when it’s switched off.

- If you can, try to stand with your back against a wall when using your phone so nobody can come up behind you.
- Don’t store your credit card in the back of your phone cover
