MUM-OF-THREE Lisa Newbold has paid for family holidays just from filling out online surveys in her spare time.
She’s made £400 from her money-making hobby since starting in early 2021.

Lisa, 53, from Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire, started the side hustle when she was made redundant from her job due to the Covid crisis.
She uses online survey site Qmee, and says the length and amount of cash she gets for each survey varies.
But typically, they take between five to 10 minutes, and pay outs are usually 25p – 40p, but sometimes you can “strike lucky” and get up to £1, Lisa said.
“It’s incredibly easy,” she said.
“You either tick boxes, or you’ll just need to write short sentences – a lot of surveys are about brands, so you might be shown images and need to write about what designs you prefer.”
She was making £20 a week before she got her new job, and now she makes £10 a week.
“I get at 5am before work and fill out surveys for around 20 minutes.
“I’ll maybe do a couple of hours in the evening, usually when I’m making dinner in the kitchen, but it varies.”
She’s spent her earnings on a short break away with her husband Steve, 44, who is a computer engineer, and her nine-year old daughter, Emily.
Her two other children, 25-year-old Zak and 30-year-old Alec, live away from home.
You can’t fill out every survey you choose – companies will be looking for a particular type of person to participate, Lisa says.
You’ll have to answer a few screening questions to check your eligibility, and you’ll usually be asked for your age, income, and where you live.
Lisa said she’ll go usually through four screenings before finding one she qualifies for.
But it’s worth the effort, she said.
“I take out the money I’ve made at the end of the week and transfer it to my bank account.
“I do this because it gives me a goal to work towards and it’s really nice to see money building up.”
Find the right survey site
After trying a number of different survey sites, Lisa chose to use Qmee because she finds the website easy to use, and she has the option to withdraw money whenever she wants.
Survey site ylive-community.com (formerly PopulusLive) can pay out £1 to £4 per survey.
While Swagbucks.com is a popular site where your survey points earn you gift cards.
