ICELAND has launched a new food range inspired by family-favourite restaurant chain.

Shoppers are going crazy over the new products that they spotted on the freezer shelves.

A whole range of foods and desserts based on TGI Fridays has landed on the supermarket shelves.

The retailer – specialised in frozen goods – has revealed a wide variety of products from hash brown dogs to cheesecakes.

Shoppers have been spotting different treats in Iceland with a TGI Friday marking on the packaging.

The affordable prices start from as low as £2.75 for garlic breads and chicken tenders and go up to £6 for bigger meals like beef brisket.

For fans of TGI Friday chain, favourite dishes can be brought to your home for cheaper as Iceland also launched a meal deal.

The retailer has advertised two mains and two sides bundle for only £10.

Or, you can even swap sides for desserts if you have a sweet tooth.

Loyal customers have been rushing to try the new range, with some saying “I need these!”

One person posted jumbo hashbrown dogs, selling for £4, on Facebook group Food Finds UK.

Users were quick to comment their impression of the sausage covered coated in hash brown.

Another one added: “I need to try these.”

A third person said: “Wouldn’t call them jumbo but they are delicious.”

The same group then shared some Iceland’s sweet treats such as cheesecake ice cream sticks, ice cream cookie sandwiches and cinnamon bun cheesecake.

Someone quickly reacted, saying: “I need this in my life.”

Another person said: “I bet this tastes yummy.”

“Omg they look stunning,” someone else wrote.

The cheapest snack from the TGI Friday range included BBQ coated peanuts which shoppers can’t get enough of.

One person commented:”These are lovely. moreish though!”

Someone else added that the snack reminded them of the one they “used to go mad for years ago”.

They wrote: “Never seen them for ages!!”

Iceland is known for its frozen goods and bargain deals, offering customers a range of its popular products.

As summer is nearing, Iceland is stocking up on more icy desserts to cool down for when the heat is here.

Shoppers have been spotting boxes of ice lollies based on a retro childhood sweet at the retailer.

Raindow Drops fans are rejoicing because the retro snack has made a comeback in the form of an ice lolly.

One of the oldest treats, Rainbow Drops was first introduced before World War Two and has been a childhood favourite since.

Eagle-eyed shoppers have spotted the new treat on the freezer shelves of Iceland and posted their find on Facebook.

Iceland is also bringing back childhood feels with the “extremely sour” frozen dessert.

Xtreme Chewits are hitting the shelves of the supermarket as it re-imagines the retro candy into an ice lolly with three different flavours.

Iceland announced the arrival of the new product on their Instagram page with a warning, saying :”These are XTREME(LY) SOUR!”
