A WOMAN has revealed how she makes £10,000 from her side hustle after she finishes up her 9 to 5.
The TikTok user, who goes by the name Parley Rose, says she works all day and then dives into her second job – raking in thousands of extra pounds.
Parley shows off her at-home studio, where she braids hair to make extra money.
The Manchester woman put a video up on social media to show people how she runs her salon, encouraging them to start up a side hustle.
The clip was captioned: “One of my side hustles! What’s yours?”
In it she explains how she makes “£10k as a part-time braider”.
Throughout the video Parley gives a tour of her studio, and extra details and effort she puts in to make customers comfortable.
She personalises a sign, turns on an electric blanket, lays out snacks and gets Netflix ready on an iPad to makes her clients “feel very very welcome”.
Parley says: “So I’ve just finished my 9 to 5 working from home, I’m about to go start my side hustle.
“I’m a braider and I braid hair from 5 to late after my 9-5 job.

It’s not uncommon for Brits to start side hustles to try to bring in extra cash.
In recent days a mum told how she earns an extra £500 a month with a 15-minute side hustle which she does while her young son is napping.
One woman opened up about how she bagged her fancy corporate job to take on her side hustle full-time.
Another revealed she earns a staggering £84,000 a month from her side hustles.
But it comes at a time when experts are warning people who take on side hustles how to avoid getting a big bill.
When you’re employed the company you work for takes the tax from your earnings and pays HMRC so you don’t have to.
But anyone earning extra cash, for example from selling things online or dog walking, may have to do it themselves.
If you earn more than £1,000 extra a year, you’ll need to pay tax on your earnings.
Sarah Coles, personal finance expert at Hargreaves Lansdown, told The Sun: “The good news is that if you make £1,000 or less from your side hustle in any one tax year, you can take advantage of a special tax-free trading allowance from the taxman.
“That means you don’t need to submit a tax return for this income, and you don’t have to pay any tax.”
But anyone earning over that amount should be reporting their income to HMRC.
