AN ENTREPRENEUR who left school with no qualifications and still cannot write has bought a £300,000 Lamborghini – and urged young people to believe “anything is possible”.

Matt Fiddes, 43, who once worked as Michael Jackson‘s bodyguard, says he failed all his exams – but posted a video showing him picking up his new supercar.

Since leaving school with no qualifications he spent more than two decades building a global martial arts brand and putting together a net worth of £120m.

Now the business tycoon has dropped hundreds of thousands of pounds on a supercar, a Lamborghini Aventador.

Matt said he only shared the photographs of his new ride to inspire young people, telling them: “You can make your own successes in life.”

He said: “I didn’t know whether to share these photos and video but I’m proud of my achievements and want young people to know that you may get knocked back, struggle with learning, fail to get the grades you want, go through tough times, trolled or bullied for being different.

“But you can make your own successes in life. I still can’t write and failed all school exams.

“I’ve built up a global business and property empire with an incredible team around me just with pure passion and determination. Anything is possible.

“So, I’m showing off my new car which I’ve worked very hard for. I hope to motivate you all!”

Matt, who grew up in Barnstaple in Devon, felt prompted to take up martial arts after being bullied at school.

He went on to achieve a 7th Degree black belt master in tae kwon do and black belts in kickboxing and kung fu, as well as setting up the first Matt Fiddes Martial Arts School “with just £100″.

He appeared on Channel 5’s Rich House Poor House in 2017 – swapping properties with Andy Leamon, who lived in a council house with his wife and two kids.

Matt also claims to have provided bodyguard services for “numerous celebrity clientele including actors, supermodels and singers”.

He is known for working as Michael Jackson’s bodyguard for more than a decade, before the singer died in 2009.

He was introduced to the popstar through friend Uri Geller, and went on to be his personal security detail – while Matt was also taken on as personal trainer in 2019 by the model Katie Price

He complained in February this year about being allegedly snubbed by staff when seeking to buy a new Ferrari because he was wearing a tracksuit.

His newest purchase, the Lamborghini Aventador, was named “Supercar Of The Year” by Top Gear in 2011.

Other owners of the model include Manchester United and Brazil footballer Antony.
