Moonpig is offering customers the chance to cheer up a loved one by sending them a free card.

The third Monday in January, Blue Monday is often considered the saddest day of the year, often attributed to a the weather, debt, the fact Christmas is over, and even failure of New Years resolutions.

Shoppers will be able to send a  a free A6 ‘thinking of you’ card which can even be personalised with the recipient’s name or even a photo.

All you have to dos is select one of the 1,000 cards on offer, personalise t and add to your basket.

You’ll need to use code BLUEMONDAY to claim your free card.

The offer is available all week, from today until 11.59pm on Friday, January 21 and is limited to one card per customer, and you’ll have to pay postage.

There are 1000 free cards on offer, so you’ll need to be speedy if you want to make sure you get your hands on a free card.
