A new texture pack is available that makes the game look better than ever.

Call of Duty Cold War and Warzone are already two of the best-looking shooters around.
But developers are constantly improving how they look behind-the-scenes.
Now a major upgrade comes in the form of a hi-res texture pack that’s available for most platforms.
That means you’ll be able to instantly upgrade your graphics.

Due to the level of detail, Activision is only recommending the update for machines running at 1440p resolution or above.
That means it’s pointless installing it on an Xbox One, which caps out at 1080p.
It’s similarly unavailable on the PS4, which has the same problem.
However, it will make a difference on Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 Pro and PS5.
Of course, you’ll need to make sure you’re using a TV with a 1440p resolution or higher, or you probably won’t notice a difference.
The new texture pack is a 7GB download, which should take under an hour for a decent broadband connection.
To find the new texture pack (and others), you’ll need to load up Call of Duty Warzone.
Click the right stick on your joypad to load up the texture packs screen.
You’ll be able to see which ones you’ve already installed, as well as the latest pack.
A previous pack was offered up in March, so you’ll want to download this new update even if you had the old one.
Choose the new pack, wait for the download and installation to complete, and then enjoy.
