Anyone can sign up for the Windows 11 insider programme but you probably shouldn’t do it on your main computer.

The trial software can have bugs and other issues.

If you want to join, go to the Windows Insider website, click register and follow the sign up steps.

You can also sign up via a Windows 10 PC by going to your Settings, clicking ‘Update and security’ and then ‘Windows Insider programme’.

Microsoft has said it will roll out Windows 11 to users in the Windows Insider programme next week.

You’ll need to make sure your computer also has a 64-bit processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage to be involved.
