To compare, a bottle of Heineken would normally cost £3.65 and an Ice Breaker Pale Ale would cost £4.99 for a pint.

The freebie celebrates the Women’s Euros, which kicked off earlier this month.

The tournament, which is being played at stadiums across the UK, ends as England’s Lionesses are set to play Germany.

The free drink to celebrate is on offer to over 700 Greene King branches – you can check if there’s one near you here.

The season ticket app is available to download for free via the Apple store or the Google store.

Season Ticket holders will also benefit from 10% off all purchases made via the app.

Greene King was offering free drinks out earlier in the tournament too – but only if you shared a surname with a member of the squad.

Faye Nixon, marketing manager for Greene King Sport said: “The Women’s Euros has been nothing short of fantastic.

“The team have broken so many records and we’re all thrilled they’ve made it to the final.

“Whatever happens on Sunday, it’s important we don’t just see this as a one-off moment for women’s sport.
