Stream one song on Amazon’s music platform, and you’ll get a £5 credit mailed to your inbox.

Ahead of Prime Day in July, Amazon has rolled out this nice little offer to entice people into signing up to its Prime subscription service.

The £5 credit you’ll received can be claimed against any spend that cost £20 or more.

All you have to do is listen to one song on Amazon Music, which is the brand’s version of free Spotify.

Prime itself costs £7.99 a month, but keep in mind that there’s a 30-day trial period in which you’ll pay nothing.

Here’s how to take advantage of this offer in step-by-step instructions:

  1. Sign up to Amazon Prime if you’re not already a member.
  2. Choose a device for listening to Amazon Music, such as your phone, computer or tablet.
  3. Find a song and stream it from start to finish.
  4. You will be emailed a promo code that you can redeem for a £5 discount against a £20+ purchase.
  5. Heading to Amazon’s website and get shopping!

This offer ends on 18 July -that might sound like a while away but this offer is only open to the first 5,000 people who apply.

So if you’re keen to get that £5 credit, make sure you don’t miss out.

And once you’ve signed up to Prime, you’ll be able to take advantage of thousands of exclusive Amazon Prime Day deals and Amazon device deals when the two-day event comes around.
