That’s based on figures on how much energy will cost under the new energy price guarantee (EPG) tariff.

However, exactly how much you’ll be paying to run your dehumidifier depends on the model, and how often you use it.
For example, one Sun reader was paying £550 a year to keep her dehumidifier running round the clock all year.

That means it will cost £98.55 a year if you use it once every day all year.
How much it costs to run your TV will vary depending on the model – but it can cost up to £36.25 a year.
Microwaves cost up to £17.16 a year if you’re using it for one hour a week for a year.

Energy suppliers offer support for those who are struggling to pay their bills.
Those on Universal Credit and older legacy benefits could get over £3,000 in bill support.
There are plenty of energy grants and schemes open to help you out if you’re struggling.
British Gas has recently confirmed that it’ll pay its most vulnerable customers grants worth £750 to help with sky-high bills.
