HOME Bargains shoppers are going wild for the “best” ingredient for a homemade pumpkin spice latte which could save you up to £3.
Halloween season is nearly upon us and shoppers will be flocking to pick up themed drinks to keep them warm.

That includes the pumpkin spice latte, which Greggs and Starbucks have launched their own versions of.
But you might be able to make your own and save some money in the process.
Home Bargains is selling 250ml Sereno syrup for £1.19 while Greggs‘ smallest pumpkin spice latte size is £2.20 and Starbucks‘ is £4.20.
That means you could save up to £3 by buying Home Bargains’ syrup rather than heading out to Greggs or Starbucks.
Of course, this doesn’t factor in the cost of the coffee and milk, but that should only set you back a few pennies if you’re making it yourself.
One shopper recently took to the B&M Bargains, Extreme Money Saving Deals and More Facebook page sharing an image of the Sereno syrup they bought in their local branch.
They said: “Home Bargains! Make your own at home.”
The post has been liked dozens of times, with plenty commenting too.

Of course, you should always shop around when buying something like this.
Just because Home Bargains is selling it for £1.19, that doesn’t mean you can’t get the same product cheaper elsewhere.
You can use price comparison sites such as Trolley, Price Runner and Price Spy to compare thousands of products.
In this case, you can’t get the exact same product anywhere else as it’s only stocked in Home Bargains though.
Also bear in mind, you can’t buy the syrup off Home Bargains’ website so will have to head to your nearest store.

How to save money at Home Bargains
Any regulars to Home Bargains can save money through a number of tricks and tips.
First, visiting your local branch at the right time can see you nab bargains from as little as 69p.
You’ll want to head down after big public holidays like Christmas and Father’s Day when the retailer clears excess stock and dramatically slashes prices.
Meanwhile, Mrs Hinch products are always worth a buy – they’re extremely popular and often reduced in price.
Party decorations are also worth picking up with prices starting from 99p.
In other news, Home Bargains shoppers are rushing to buy a Le Creuset dupe selling for £252 less.
Plus, the discounter revealed just two months ago it is set to roll out 20 bakeries at stores across the UK by July 2024.
Meanwhile, Starbucks brought back more than just its pumpkin spice latte earlier this month, adding a number of new items to menus.
Greggs also unveiled its autumn menu – and it includes a veg flatbread and cheese and honey mustard toastie.
