Bristol, Leeds Bradford and Luton airports also criticised by Civil Aviation Authority

Heathrow – one of the busiest airports in the world – is among a number of British airports providing an “unacceptable” service to disabled passengers, an aviation watchdog has said.

Bristol, Leeds Bradford and Luton airports were criticised along with Britain’s biggest airport by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in its interim airport accessibility report.
