ROCKSTAR has been keeping quiet about GTA 6, with little revealed since the original announcement.
And while it seems like there is a new rumour floating around about a reveal every week, they have all proven to be baseless so far.
This includes the much-circulated rumour that a GTA 6 trailer was due on October 26, and the supposed summer event held in Miami.
However, the official Rockstar has tweeted that we will see the trailer for GTA 6 very soon.
The tweet reads: “We are very excited to let you know that in early December, we will release the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto.
“We look forward to many more years of sharing these experiences with all of you.

Tomorrow (November 9), publisher Take-Two will hold an earnings conference call which is likely why the company is now sharing the GTA 6 news.
Rockstar will likely be planning to celebrate its anniversary on December 1 with the first game trailer.
It may not be exactly this date, but is likely to be around this time.

One potential date for the trailer to be shared is at The Game Awards 2023.
Taking place on December 7, 2023, The Game Awards features new trailers for all the biggest games.
It might be that Rockstar doesn’t want to share the spotlight, though, and instead releases the trailer outside of this event.
Whatever the case is, we know that we will find out more before the end of the year.
The only official information that we have received regarding GTA 6 before this announcement is that development for the game is still on track.
However, stolen footage revealed that it will take place in a redesigned version of fan-favourite location Vice City.
It will also apparently feature Bonnie and Clyde-style dual protagonists that you will switch between, with the other acting as support.
