Google’s Android mobile software runs on more than three billion active devices, and millions of people use its apps for maps, search and email. Now the tech giant is focused on an area where it isn’t so dominant: hardware.

The company, owned by Alphabet shared more details about its Pixel 7 and 7 Pro smartphones and the long-awaited Pixel Watch during a media event Thursday in Brooklyn, after teasing the products earlier this year. Starting at $599 and $899, respectively, the two phones have new camera features and longer battery life. Meanwhile, the first Google-branded smartwatch is the only Android model to integrate tech from Fitbit, now owned by Google. The devices hit shelves Oct. 13.
