Crawford, who was the owner of Glasgow’s famous Sub Club at the time, discovered the recipe at a music festival in Barcelona, which dates back to the 1920s.
He took the concept back to Glasgow and created his own version of the Leche De Pantera.

Paul Crawford, a plant-based cocktail creator, approached the Den with a request for £50,000 in exchange for a 7% ownership in his company.

The cocktail company, on the other hand, impressed Deborah Meaden, the Den’s sustainable investor, who made Paul an offer.
In exchange for a 30% ownership in the company, she agreed to pay the Vegan Panther M*lk the entire money.
They decided on a 25% share after a furious back-and-forth, which was significantly more than Crawford had wanted to give away.
