SKY has launched a new promo offer on its television, the Sky Glass.

For the first 3 month you’ll pay absolutely nothing for Sky Entertainment and Netflix bundles, with the overall cost during that time working out as just 45p a day.

Sky has waived the cost of those two TV packages for the first 3 months: all you’ll pay for is the Glass television itself, which starts at £14 per month for the 43-inch set.

This is rate is on the 18-month contract – if you don’t want to commit you can pay for the rolling contract instead, but it’s a little pricier: after the 3-month promo period the price goes up to £43 per month.

There’s an upfront cost of £10, and of course, you can pay extra for channels like Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, BT Sports and Sky Kids, or for premium ad-free Netflix.

The Sky Glass television was launched in 2021 and absolutely stunned the TV and streaming markets as an unprecedented all-in-one proposition.

It’s a 4K-quality telly with a QLED screen, and comes in white, pink, green, blue or black – read our tech editor Sean Keach’s Sky Glass review for a detailed verdict.

At a time when the surging cost of living means people are re-assessing their various streaming subscriptions, this Glass is definitely worth a look, even if you’re already a Netflix user.

Sky does all the hard with moving your pre-existing Netflix account over to the new Glass package.

This is one of a number of eye-catching deals we’ve seen on Sky TV subscription services already this year – clearly, the telecom giant is on the charm offensive right now.

Just last month, we reported on a 1-month trial period on the Sky Stream TV box, though that deal has now come to an end.
