Gamers rush to grab new PS5 model that has plummeted to its lowest price ever

DESPITE being out for a number of years, people are still in love with the PS5.

With a huge number of excellent games released in the last 12 months, there are still plenty of reasons to pick one up.

Just last month PlayStation received a number of games that were rated extremely highly, including Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Helldivers 2 and Persona 3 Reload.

The best is yet to come, as the most anticipated game of 2024, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, is launching this month as a PlayStation exclusive.

Despite the huge number of excellent games on the console, the high cost has deterred some people from taking the plunge.

PlayStation has recently launched an incredible deal that drops the PS5 to the lowest price ever.

You can purchase the latest model of the PS5, known by fans as the PS5 Slim, with a massive £60 off.

Not only is the PS5 Slim smaller and lighter than the original PS5 models, but it has a detachable disc drive.

This means that if you use physical discs, you will still be able to play your favourite PS4 and PS5 games.

However, you can also remove the disc drive if you want your system to be smaller.

The modular design also allows you to buy a PS5 without a disc drive and add one later.

Despite the smaller console size, it still offers the same amount of power and storage with a 1TB SSD.

There is no telling when this deal will end, so if you’re considering picking one up, do it while you can.
