RADOX has sneakily cut the shower gel in new eco-friendly bottles — and dropped handy hooks.

Bigger bottles shrunk from 500ml to 450ml but still cost about £1.75.

Users slammed the shrinkflation and the loss of the shower hook.

One wrote on Tesco’s website: “Reduced in size and useful handle removed. Same price as before, rubbish.”

Another tweeted: “Smaller bottle, higher price, no hook.”

Brits rage about 'shrinkflation' - how much smaller is YOUR favourite snack?
Now Peperami and Doritos get smaller but the price stays the same as shrinkflation hits snacks

Radox said the bottles were redesigned so they can be refilled.

Owner Unilever said: “The retail price of our products is always at the sole discretion of the retailer.”

The firm’s Chris Barron said: “The hook’s been a feature of Radox gels but removing them is the right thing to do to reduce single-use plastic.”
