The Costa cafe in the Sainsbury’s Farlington Superstore branch, opened last week on Thursday, February.

The new cafe has already provided seven new jobs.

The newly designed branches will serve the same hot and cold drinks and beverages you would in a standard Costa coffee branch.

The move builds on the coffee chain’s ongoing partnership with the supermarket giant with more than 1,000 Costa Express machines in its stores and petrol stations which sold 10m cups of coffee in 2023 alone.

So far the coffee said has confirmed another store in Birmingham is due to close this March.
