FREEVIEW users have been warned a number of channels have shifted on the TV guide this month as part of several major changes.
It’s come about following the launch of three new channels on the service.
But it comes at the cost of two channels that are leaving in March.
It’s important to keep up with all Freeview changes so you don’t miss your favourite programmes.
Some boxes will need to be re-scanned to benefit.
Here are all the changes happening on Freeview this month.

FREEVIEW CHANNEL LAUNCHES
Freeview welcomes three new channels to the platform in March.
The first we already knew about, called GREAT! Real, which landed on boxes on March 20.
It features shows such as Heathrow: Britain’s Busiest Airport, Paddington Station 24/7, Island Medics, Emergency Rescue: Air, Land and Sea; and Coast Guard Alaska.
But there’s a new shopping channel called Shop On TV as well.

It’s been made digital only so you can stream it online instead.
If you have Freeview Play you can watch on demand with the POP Player on channel 212, or via one of these alternatives:
- LG Channels
- Netgem
- Samsung TV Plus
- YouTube
- POP Player
But another channel is shutting down for good later this month.
SportyStuff TV is closing on March 31 due to “external circumstances beyond our control”, bosses said.
