COFFEE chain Starbucks will be giving away free drinks for one day this week for a select group of workers.
Millions of NHS workers will be able to get a free drink in all Starbucks coffee shops tomorrow Wednesday, December 6.

The move comes as part of the coffee company’s support for the NHS Charities Together.
The coffee chain has been supporting the charity for the past three years by offering free drinks to NHS workers for a day each year.
This year NHS workers can get any free tall beverage as a festive thank-you for their services.
Free Caramel waffles will be offered to NHS staff purchasing a beverage in-store participating in the We Proudly Serve Starbucks campaign.

NHS staff must show their work identity when ordering in any Starbucks store to get any free tall beverage completely free of charge.
But Starbucks has also revealed it will be for the first time delivery of free Starbucks Frappuccino Mocha Flavoured Chilled Coffee and Toffee Nut Latte Premium Instant Coffee to hospitals that do not have a Starbucks nearby.
19 hospitals across the UK are expected to get these special deliveries.
Alex Rayner, general manager at Starbucks UK, said: “We want to thank NHS staff across the UK for all the work they do and as a token of our appreciation, we are bringing back the free tall beverage on December 6 for the fourth year running.

Starbucks has continued to offer 10% off to NHS staff and other frontline workers all year round since 2018.
It’s worth bearing in mind food and drink prices may vary depending on what Starbucks branch you visit.

How to save money at Starbucks
There are a few ways you can save money at Starbucks even if you don’t work for the NHS.
You can save 25p on your drink at Starbucks if you bring a reusable cup.
You can also join the Starbucks rewards scheme to earn points towards getting a free drink.
You can download the Starbucks UK app on Google Play or the Apple app store.
The scheme also offers “Stars” which earn you free drinks however you pay.
You’ll get three stars for every £1 you spend and once you hit 150, you can grab a drink for free.
At 450 Stars you reach a Gold Level. That means you’ll access extra shots of espresso, selected syrups and whipped cream all free of charge.
You can also get a free drink on your birthday if you’ve reached the gold level, plus alerts early about new drinks.
There’s also an option on your app to click and collect if your local store offers the service.
Keep an eye out for discounts on the app – the chain has previously offered Blue Light holders 10% off the entire order.
