Dozens of claimants appeal against convictions for theft, fraud and false accounting they claim were due to computing errors
Dozens of former subpostmasters began a court of appeal challenge on Monday against their convictions for theft, fraud and false accounting they claim was due to computing errors.
In a 15-year period from 2000, more than 900 postmasters were prosecuted after the Horizon IT system installed by the Post Office and supplied by Fujitsu falsely suggested there were cash shortfalls.
