It includes a shower, toilet and sink – but you would need to close the bathroom door before using the sink, as it opens up in front of it.
On top of the heft price tag, which could buy you a five-bed detached house in County Durham, the new owner would have to pay an extra £2,454.26 a year for a service charge.
A £66 ground rent fee is also required for the ground floor flat.
Described as “perfect for a busy professional”, it is in a great location just a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park, and 30 minutes from Buckingham Palace.
