THIS flat in a trendy London Suburb could be yours for just £265,000 – but it comes with a catch.

The property in central London is smaller than a disabled parking space measuring just 17.2 m sq.

Disabled parking bays measure around 17.28 m sq, which the AA slammed in 2018 for being too small.

The studio in the plush Chelsea Cloisters features a kitchen, bathroom and a living space, which would have to double as a bedroom – but from the pictures there is only a sofa-bed to sleep on.

If you think you could cook in a kitchen which is less than three metres squared and has a cabinet missing due to size problems, this could be the place for you.

And the size of the flat proves even more difficult when you try to use the bathroom.

It includes a shower, toilet and sink – but you would need to close the bathroom door before using the sink, as it opens up in front of it.

On top of the heft price tag, which could buy you a five-bed detached house in County Durham, the new owner would have to pay an extra £2,454.26 a year for a service charge.

A £66 ground rent fee is also required for the ground floor flat.

Described as “perfect for a busy professional”, it is in a great location just a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park, and 30 minutes from Buckingham Palace.

The property is being sold by My London Home estate agents and the listing reads: “Situated on the ground floor this smart apartment offers bright and modern living space accompanied by a fully fitted kitchen and a separate shower room.

“A unique studio with bright interiors located in the prestigious location of Sloane Square near Knightsbridge and South Kensington.

“We believe this apartment is perfect for a busy professional working in the West End or any part of Central London or as a Pied-a-Terre for easy commute to London’s endless entertainment.”

The flat, which is on the exclusive King’s Road, does however come with a 24 hour concierge service.
